St Michael’s Choir

The choir of St. Michael’s rehearses weekly on Sundays from 11:30am – 12:30pm, usually in the church balcony. The season begins after Labor Day and runs through Pentecost each year with the choir generally singing three to four Sundays each month. Highlights of the year include the four to five festival services where the choir is accompanied by brass, timpani, and organ, and Christmas Eve where the traditional Festival of Lessons and Carols is accompanied by a professional string quartet or quintet occasionally with additional instruments.
The choir’s repertoire includes music appropriate to the church year by well-known composers from the past and present time periods. We welcome new members! For more information contact Bill Kuhn, cantor, by email at wkuhn@stmikeslutheran.org, or by phone at 402-641-4224, or any choir member.
